With 20 years experience between them, Lloyd and Carol Ann are a leading teaching partnership in the Scottish salsa scene and two of Scotland’s most experienced dancers. Having been friends and danced socially together for 11 years, they created the Salsa Lounge in 2002, a monthly social which is now Scotland’s longest running salsa club. They formed their dynamic teaching partnership in 2005.

Their classes incorporate progressive cross body techniques, and are known to be fun, friendly, personal, and full of information, tips and salsa news. Lloyd and Carol Ann pride themselves in keeping up to date with latest salsa trends and techniques, which they are generous in passing on to their students.

Their main inspiration is from the New York Mambo scene and they have travelled extensively finding new trends and techniques, continually learning from some of the world’s best instructors.
