Information

1.  Discounts are payable on bookings made from 1 February 2010.

2. You must buy a minimum of 10 tickets to earn a discount. Once you have booked your first 10 tickets, you can continue to book as many places as required, thereby adding to your group. All additional places booked also earn 7% discount.

3. GBSEx will only deal with one contact person per Group.

4. The discount earned may either be passed onto Group Members or the Group may decide that the Group Organiser should retain some or all of the discount earned in return for organising the Group.

5. The Group Organiser is responsible for:

• collecting all payments

• booking and paying for tickets

• maintaining a complete and accurate list of Group Members at all times (see below) 

6. Tickets should be booked online at www.salsatribe.com and discounts are automatically deducted from the total cost of tickets as you buy them. 

7.  When you buy tickets you will be asked to provide the following information about each Group Member:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Dancing style (On1, On2 or Cuban)
• How many workshops they wish to do (0, 4, 6, 8 or 10)
• How many evening shows they wish to see (Fri, Sat, Sun)

8.  Please note that you will require a unique email address for every member of your Group, and this will need to be kept up-to-date.  (GBSEx uses the email addresses to identify individuals when they come to pre-book their workshops.)

9.  The 7% discount is payable on the Basic ticket price only.

Important Note

10.  All GBSEx ticket-holders are required to book their workshops prior to the event and the Group Organiser should inform Group Members of this.  Group Members cannot book workshops until you have purchased a ticket for them.  As workshops are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, it is important that you book tickets as soon as you receive payment from Group Members. Once you have bought tickets, Group Members will be contacted directly by us (by email) with instructions on how to pre-book their workshops.
